The Heart of It 2025: Preliminary Travel Questionnaire and Contact Exchange
Though The Heart of It cannot provide you with transportation to or from Oz Farm, we hope to connect you with your cohort to coordinate with each other. This is not required and you are more than welcome to travel completely on your own!
On or before May 15, The Heart of Its travel coordinator (Sara Beth) will reach out with next steps.
Please complete this form by May 10, 2025. The sooner the better! In this form, you'll be asked about your travel plans and needs as well as your contact information. What you share here will be entered into a document and shared with your cohort. Once the document is complete, we will share it with y'all and you can connect with each other about travel!
In the coming months, we will send a separate form for your finalized travel information.
As a reminder:
All arrivals are between 3:00 pm-5:00 pm on the first day of your cohort.
All departures are between 9:30-10:30 am on the last day of your cohort.
Oz Farm is in Point Arena, California and the closest airport is the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County airport in Santa Rosa, CA. There is a shuttle once a day to and from the Charles M. Schulz to Point Arena, and we can pick you up in downtown Point Arena!
There are several airports in the Bay Area, as well as an airport in Sacramento. These airports are 3-5 hours from Oz Farm. In previous years, writers have coordinated arrival at a bigger airport and traveled to the farm together.
